Ultipro is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations. You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure alignment with the business plan and supervise Crew Persons and Team Leaders to meet job expectations.

The role emphasizes customer service, crew development, and process improvements to drive sales and efficiency while complying with company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience or equivalent education.
• Excellent planning and time-management skills.
• Strong team-building, investigative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling issues and maintain accuracy.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide a quality product and customer service experience that delivers satisfaction.
• Support management and lead shift activities to maximize sales and minimize costs.
