Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager and on-duty leadership in delivering a high-quality dining experience. You will oversee crew performance, lead shift activities, and ensure adherence to the restaurant's business plan.

The role requires 2–3 years of restaurant management exposure, strong planning skills, and reliable transportation. Expect a fast-paced environment with emphasis on customer service and collaboration with the management team.

Qualifications

• Must possess approximately two (2) to three (3) years of experience/education in restaurant management.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team-building skills.
• Investigative and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
