Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager and ensure alignment with the restaurant’s business plan. You will supervise Crew Persons and Team Leaders, help drive sales and operations, and model company values in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills while maintaining adherence to policies and safety standards. This position requires on-site presence and collaboration with the management team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience and/or education demonstrating restaurant management knowledge.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team building skills.
• Investigative and problem solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable personal transportation, a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have a telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements with positive business results.
