Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager and on-duty supervisor in managing daily restaurant operations. The role focuses on delivering quality service, supporting the management team, and ensuring crew members perform at or above expectations.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of restaurant management experience, hold a High School diploma or GED, and demonstrate strong planning, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Must have approximately two to three years of restaurant management experience or education
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Excellent planning and time management skills
• Team building skills
• Investigative and problem solving skills
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
• Must have a telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant and be accessible to meet its needs
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to identify and implement process improvements
