Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager in daily management and to oversee the restaurant team during assigned shifts. You will work with the Management Team to ensure adherence to the business plan and that Crew Persons and Team Leaders perform their roles effectively.

Responsibilities include leading shift activities, improving skills and performance, driving customer satisfaction, and modeling company values.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years of experience in restaurant management or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong planning and time management skills.
• Ability to lead and develop Crew Persons and Shift Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager or on-duty Person In Charge with management activities.
• Support the Restaurant Management Team to ensure adherence to the business plan.
• Ensure Crew Persons and Team Leaders perform job responsibilities and meet expectations.
• Lead shift activities to maximize sales and minimize controllable costs.
• Model company values and communicate effectively with staff and customers.
