You will supervise crew, train new hires, manage opening and closing procedures, ensure safety and cleanliness, monitor inventory, and contribute to profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or managerial experience in restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
