Job summary

Ultipro in San Bernardino, CA seeks a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations, supervise Crew Members and Team Leaders, and ensure activities support the restaurant’s business plan.

You will help maximize sales and profits, provide excellent customer service, mentor staff, uphold company policies, and participate in training and meetings as part of the management team.

Qualifications

• Must possess approximately two to three years of any combination of experience and/or education that demonstrates a commanding knowledge of restaurant management.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills are expected.
• Team building skills are required.
• Investigative and problem solving skills are necessary.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems is required.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance proof are needed.
• Must have a telephone or reliable communication method and be accessible for restaurant needs.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to drive process improvements.
