Ultipro in Perris, CA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager with restaurant management duties. You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure activities align with the business plan and that Crew Members and Team Leaders meet expectations.

This role emphasizes quality service, staff development, cost control, policy compliance, and effective communication. You will participate in trainings, meetings, and special projects as needed to respond to changing conditions.

Qualificações

• Approximately 2–3 years of restaurant management experience or education.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team-building abilities.
• Investigative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Must have phone or reliable method of communication and be accessible.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to drive process improvements.
