Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader who assists the General Manager (on duty) with management activities and duties. This role collaborates with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure all activities align with the business plan and that Crew Persons and Team Leaders perform their duties and meet expectations.

The Shift Leader will help maximize sales and profits, manage shift workflows, uphold company policies, and model the company values while communicating effectively with staff and guests.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in restaurant management or equivalent
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Excellent planning and time management skills
• Team-building skills
• Investigative and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance
• Able to communicate via phone or other reliable methods and maintain an open-door policy
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on process improvement
