Ultipro in Riverside, CA seeks a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager and oversee daily restaurant operations. You will work with the Management Team to ensure adherence to the business plan and guide Crew Persons and Team Leaders in their duties.

Responsibilities include delivering quality customer service, leading shift activities to maximize sales, complying with company policies, and participating in training and meetings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Strong team-building, investigative and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
