Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager with management duties and to work with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure alignment with the restaurant’s business plan. You will supervise Crew Persons and Team Leaders to meet performance expectations.

The role emphasizes quality customer service, teamwork, training, and adherence to company policies. You will participate in meetings and lead shift activities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must have approximately two to three years of restaurant management experience or education.
• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Strong planning and time management skills are essential.
