Job summary

Hardee's is seeking a Shift Leader (Now Corporate Owned) to support the General Manager and on-duty leadership. This on-site, part-time role requires ensuring the restaurant team adheres to business plans and delivers quality service.

Responsibilities include leading shift activities, driving sales, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards in customer service and operations. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 2–3 years in restaurant management preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager or Person In Charge with management duties.
• Work with the Restaurant Management Team to follow the business plan.
• Ensure Crew Persons and Team Leaders meet job responsibilities and expectations.
• Contribute to sales and profit optimization and cost control by leading shift activities.
