Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong planning and time management skills.
• Excellent team building and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager with management activities.
• Lead shift operations to support sales and control costs.
• Ensure Crew and Team Leaders meet performance expectations.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and company updates.
• Perform other duties as needed in response to business needs.
