Qualifications

• Approximately 2–3 years of experience or education demonstrating knowledge of restaurant management.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team-building skills.
• Investigative and problem solving abilities.
• Cash-handling troubleshooting skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Telephone or reliable communication method; open door policy.
• Bi-lingual skills a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to drive process improvements.
