Job summary

Church’s Chicken is seeking a Shift Leader to guide restaurant operations on a shift, coaching team members and ensuring outstanding customer experiences. You’ll help with opening/closing, ensure proper product procedures, and maintain cleanliness and safety.

The role requires at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or GED, ServSafe training is highly recommended, and a valid driver’s license may be needed for shift coverage. Join a fast-paced Field Operations team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A high school diploma or G.E.D. is highly recommended.
• ServSafe® food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and ensures prompt, friendly customer service.
• Ensures menu products are prepared and served according to standards.
• Ensures team members carry out assigned duties and activities.
• Assists team members to prepare quality products, provide service, and maintain a clean restaurant.
• Enforces safety and security policies and procedures.
• Operates opening/closing duties as required on shift checklists.
