Chick-fil-A Southridge Center in Charleston, WV is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a dynamic team and ensure outstanding service, whether at the Front of House or Back of House. You’ll coach Team Members, maintain high standards, and help uphold our commitment to guests and community.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and strong communication. Starting pay is $18/hr with benefits and growth opportunities within a supportive restaurant family.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Leadership experience preferred, ideally in customer service or a kitchen environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 10 hours, and stay physically active.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, with a strong work ethic.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and Team Members as a leader.

Responsibilities

• Build positive working relationships and provide direction and feedback to Team Members
• Partner with the management team to train and track new Team Members' performance
• Motivate Team Members to maintain strong customer service scores
• Ensure shift tasks and opening/closing duties are completed on time
• Take ownership of the restaurant facilities, keeping them organized and up to sanitation and food safety standards
• Maintain a thorough understanding of key positions in both Front of House and Back of House
