Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines; ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Shift Management: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Customer Service: Ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, and personalized service; address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety throughout the restaurant and address any issues promptly.
• Food Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and preparation procedures.
• Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, including POS system operations, cash reconciliation, and deposit preparation; ensure accuracy and security of all financial transactions.
• Problem-Solving: Handle any operational issues or emergencies that arise during shifts, including equipment malfunctions, staffing shortages, or customer incidents; take appropriate action to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
