Job summary

Chick-fil-A Southridge Center in Charleston, West Virginia, is seeking a friendly Shift Leader to guide a dynamic team on Front of House and Back of House operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will train Team Members, monitor performance, maintain opening/closing duties, uphold sanitation and safety standards, and partner with management to drive customer service excellence and store success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Leadership experience preferred, ideally in customer service or a kitchen environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 10 hours, and stay physically active for extended periods.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, with a strong work ethic.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and Team Members as a leader.

Responsibilities

• Build positive working relationships and provide direction and feedback to Team Members.
• Partner with the management team to train and track new Team Members' performance.
• Motivate Team Members to maintain strong customer service scores.
• Ensure shift tasks and opening/closing duties are completed on time.
• Take ownership of the restaurant facilities, keeping them organized and up to sanitation and food safety standards.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of key positions in both Front of House and Back of House.
