Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Back of House Shift Lead to join a positive, team-oriented environment where you can influence others and grow professionally. Key duties include supervising the back of house team, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, training new hires, and upholding Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.

Qualifications

• Must be consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Customer service oriented with ability to multi-task.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
• Kitchen experience required.
• Ability to lift 10-50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Leadership experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Back of House Shift Lead Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the back of house team in food preparation, cooking, and assembly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Ensure safe operation around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues
• Enforce Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
