Job summary

Taco Bell in Corvallis, OR is seeking a Shift Lead to drive daily operations with energy and customer focus. You’ll coach team members, execute the MIC routine, ensure safe, accurate food prep, and uphold cleanliness while partnering with the GM on key initiatives.

The role requires 1 year of restaurant or retail experience (3 months as shift lead preferred), 18+ years old, strong communication, dependability, and the ability to move up to 45 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication, management and organizational skills.
• Ability to move up to 45 lbs., standing for long periods.
• Dependable transportation and regular attendance required.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
• Promotes Taco Bell culture, values and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing the MIC routine and addressing guest needs.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain neat appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on performance.
• Participate in training Team Members and handle conflicts constructively.
• Assist GM with screening Team Member candidates.
• Assist with P&L by cash control, inventory and labor management.
• Oversee product prep, rotation, cooking and holding times.
• Assist GM with facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
