Job summary

Taco Bell in La Pine, OR is seeking a Shift Lead to energize the team, coach members, and drive restaurant performance. You will lead shifts, resolve customer concerns, and collaborate with the GM to implement business initiatives.

Ideal candidate has 1 year in food service with at least 3 months in a lead role, strong communication, and a commitment to food safety. Must be 18+ and able to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing the MIC Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean, neat appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders; resolve customer complaints quickly.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance and assist with screening team members.
