Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Staff the restaurant and oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service.
• Supervise hourly staff, ensure safety, quality, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate hourly team members; manage disciplinary actions.
• Provide training using company tools on all aspects of restaurant operation.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with Division Leader as needed.
• Handle payroll related tasks, inventory orders, audits, and cash handling.
