Job summary

Harri is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to support the Restaurant Operations in the United States. The role can be part-time or full-time and involves assisting the General Manager and management team to meet store goals through effective operations support.

The successful candidate will implement quality, sanitation, crew management, cost control, and packaged program activities, while maintaining high energy, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office products.

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• At least 1 year as a Team Leader in food or retail.
• High energy level and ability to work varying schedules including holidays.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented, fast learner and adaptable.
• Computer literacy: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Implement Product/Service Quality or Sanitation programs.
• Implement Crew Management activities.
• Implement Cost Management activities.
• Manage operations of assigned Packaged Program.
