Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Manager or supervisor in a restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations (FOH/BOH).
• Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling, and basic financial reporting.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations in partnership with GM.
• Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and training of employees.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Help manage restaurant financial performance, including labor and food costs.
• Lead by example and foster a positive team environment.
• Step into the General Manager role when they are not present.
