Qualifications

• Background and drug screening completed.

Responsibilities

• Staff the restaurant and manage daily operations per policy and laws.
• Supervise hourly staff to ensure guests are treated promptly and courteously and maintain cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, orient and train hourly team members; evaluate performance and manage wages.
• Provide training using company tools for all aspects of restaurant operation.
• Maintain equipment and facilities; report repairs as needed.
• Handle payroll, scheduling, inventory, audits, and cash control.
• Attend meetings and assist in local store marketing planning.
• Ensure accurate accounting and resolve guest complaints.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
