Job summary

EMERALD CASCADE RESTAURANT SYSTEM INC seeks a Shift Lead to execute restaurant operations under the Restaurant Manager. You’ll train team members, ensure brand standards, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest service and food quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor operations, support budget goals, and maintain compliance with labor laws while engaging with guests and the community to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ age depending on state laws.
• 6+ months of restaurant operations experience.
• Must complete Shift Lead training classes; ServSafe certification in some states.
• Ability to communicate in English; Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Execute restaurant operations in coordination with the Restaurant Manager.
• Maintain brand image, cleanliness, and service excellence.
• Lead and train team members for Shift Lead roles.
• Assist in training employees and ensure adherence to standards.
• Interact with guests, address questions and resolve concerns.
• Analyze operational and financial performance using management tools.
• Monitor costs and support budget goals.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws.
