Job summary

Red Robin is seeking an aShift Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts. You will lead the team, uphold brand standards, and ensure guest satisfaction while protecting product quality and cleanliness.

You will train on leadership tasks and may perform other hourly roles as needed. The role requires energy, reliability, and a commitment to top service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations during mid and closing shifts under supervision of exempt management.
• Be an ambassador of Red Robin's brand standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization.
• Resolve guest concerns with a focus on product quality and guest satisfaction while driving profitability.
• May work in other hourly roles as needed based on restaurant needs.
