Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts in Noblesville. You will oversee guest interactions, uphold food quality and cleanliness, and supervise team members while partnering with exempt management for leadership growth.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays. Serv Safe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts.
• Lead guest interactions and ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
