Qualifications

• Must possess approximately two to three years of restaurant management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team-building skills are essential.
• Investigative and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and inventory awareness.
• Must have a phone or reliable method to communicate with the restaurant; open-door policy.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to drive process improvements.
