MOD Pizza, Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a Restaurant Shift Supervisor to lead operations during scheduled shifts, train new hires, and uphold MOD's high guest standards. You will guide the squad and ensure a welcoming, efficient dining experience for every guest.

You will focus on deployment, coaching, safety, cash handling, inventory, and shift checklists while collaborating with the General Manager and District Manager to keep food quality and service consistent during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated success as a mentor, trainer or informal leader.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to enforce processes and coach compassionately.
• Calming presence during high-volume periods.
• Food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date where required by law.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Able to work a minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak hours.

Responsabilités

• Lead the shift and ensure the restaurant runs smoothly, clean and organized to meet MOD standards.
• Train newly hired/promoted squad and support program rollouts.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment including online ordering and customer systems.
• Ensure food safety using MOD tools and standards.
• Resolve squad member and guest concerns; escalate as needed.
• Manage cash within the shift with accuracy.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed with the GM.
• Follow shift checklists and use tools to execute requirements.
• Stay updated via Slice communications for squad effectiveness.
