Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership experience in hospitality preferred.
• Ability to manage labor and food costs and inventory controls.
• Proficiency with Excel, inventory systems, and Micros POS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Team Members with the Hospitality Leader, providing training and guidance to uphold dining room service standards.
• Shape the strategic direction of dining room service including recruitment, onboarding, and building a high-performing team.
