Qualifications

• 3+ years of hospitality leadership experience in high-volume settings.
• Proven ability to manage labor, food costs, and inventory.
• Ability to make autonomous decisions while collaborating with leadership.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Team Members in partnership with the Hospitality Leader.
• Shaping strategic service direction, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Uphold quality and safety standards across all hospitality spaces.
• Engage with guests and Team Members to create a seamless experience.
• Support financial vision through labor and sales performance analysis.
• Create strategic team schedules to optimize operations.
• Assume full leadership in the Hospitality Leader’s absence.
