Job summary

RH Hospitality is seeking an experienced Hospitality Leader to cultivate service and operational excellence across our restaurants within the Design Galleries. You will develop talent, refine systems and create memorable guest experiences aligned with RH’s high standards.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting, collaborates with Culinary and Gallery Leadership, and drives labor, cost control and revenue growth while maintaining extraordinary

Qualifications

5+ years of leadership experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant operations.
Expertise in financial performance, including labor, food costs, and inventory controls.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and inventory systems.
Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across leadership levels.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop team members and leaders with coaching and training.
Define strategic direction of dining operations including recruitment and onboarding.
Cultivate a service-driven culture to elevate guest experiences.
Maintain quality and safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Act as brand ambassador and strengthen guest and team relationships.
Drive financial performance through labor and sales optimization.
Collaborate with Culinary and Gallery Leadership globally.
