Qualifications

• 3+ years of hospitality leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service setting.
• Proven ability to manage financial performance including labor and food costs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, inventory systems, Micros POS, and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Team Members with structured training and guidance to uphold RH dining room service standards.
• Partner with Hospitality Leader to shape service strategy, including recruiting, onboarding, and building a high-performing team.
• Drive operational excellence by enforcing quality and safety standards and ensuring compliance.
• Engage with guests and Team Members to create a seamless experience.
• Assist in driving RH’s financial vision through labor and sales performance analysis and revenue-increasing practices.
• Create strategic team schedules to optimize the business and client experience.
• Assume leadership in the absence of the Hospitality Leader.
