• Shape dining room service strategy and hiring.
• Uphold quality and safety standards across spaces.
• Engage guests and team to ensure a seamless experience.
• Monitor labor and sales performance to drive revenue.
• Create strategic schedules to optimize business.
• Cover leadership in absence of Hospitality Leader.
