Job summary

Workforce Recruiter is seeking a Construction Project Manager with proven ground-up restaurant and retail construction experience to lead multiple projects from planning through execution. The role is based in Reston, VA with hybrid work flexibility, and requires strong leadership, schedule control, and budget oversight to deliver high-quality commercial spaces on time and within budget.

• Ground-up restaurant/retail construction experience required.
• Experience with tenant buildouts and remodels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Drive Project Success: manage full-cycle construction for multiple restaurant and retail projects within schedule and budget.
• Lead the Site: conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, quality, codes and industry best practices.
• Manage the Budget: monitor expenses and drive cost-control measures to deliver projects within budget.
• Execute the Vision: interpret and execute complex blueprints and architectural designs.
• Mitigate Risks: identify risks and delays and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate: coordinate with contractors, vendors, clients and teams; lead regular stakeholder meetings.
