Qualifications

- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and designs.
- Proficient in coordinating multiple projects with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle construction for concurrent restaurant and retail projects.
- Oversee schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for each project.
- Conduct regular site visits ensuring safety and code compliance.
- Review and interpret complex architectural drawings and blueprints.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans with stakeholders.
- Lead meetings with contractors, vendors, clients and internal teams.
