Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for Reston, VA with hybrid work flexibility. Lead multiple ground-up restaurant and retail builds from planning through execution, ensuring safety, quality and budget adherence.

The role requires proven experience in restaurant/retail construction, strong scheduling and blueprint-reading skills, and the ability to coordinate with contractors and clients across projects.

Qualifications

• Ground-up restaurant/retail construction experience mandatory.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and designs.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects and delivering on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle construction for multiple restaurant/retail projects within schedule and budget.
• Conduct regular site visits to enforce safety, quality, codes and standards.
• Monitor expenses and drive cost-control measures.
• Review and execute against complex blueprints and architectural designs.
• Identify risks or delays and implement mitigation plans using industry software.
• Lead meetings with contractors, vendors, clients and internal teams to align stakeholders.
