Job summary

SPG in Reston, VA is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager for ground-up restaurant and retail builds. You will oversee multiple projects from planning through execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Hybrid work is available; candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, scheduling mastery, and expertise reading blueprints and coordinating with contractors and vendors to align stakeholders throughout the life cycle.

Qualifications

• Ground-up restaurant and retail construction experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret designs.
• Experience with safety compliance and local building codes.
• PMP certification would be a plus.

Responsibilities
