Job summary

Zaddy Solutions in Reston, VA is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead multiple ground-up restaurant and retail projects from planning through execution. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and resources, while ensuring safety and compliance at every site.

Remote work flexibility is available with a hybrid office approach. The role requires proven experience with restaurant/retail builds, strong blueprint literacy, and the ability to drive projects to on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

Experience in restaurant and retail construction, including ground-up and tenant build-outs.
Proficient with construction management and scheduling software.
Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and site designs.
Strong multi-project management skills and deadline discipline.
PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee full-cycle construction for multiple restaurant and retail projects, managing schedules, budgets, and resources.
Conduct regular site visits to enforce safety, quality, and codes.
Monitor expenses and drive cost-control measures to stay on budget.
Interpret and execute complex blueprints and architectural designs.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies with industry software.
Collaborate with contractors, vendors, clients and internal teams; lead regular stakeholder meetings.
