Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Construction Project Manager for ground-up restaurant and retail builds based in Reston, VA with hybrid work flexibility. You will oversee multiple projects from planning through execution, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Candidates must have proven restaurant and retail construction experience, including ground-up and tenant buildouts. Proficiency with Procore/Primavera/Raken is preferred, and PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in project management for restaurant and retail construction.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and site designs.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and teams on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle construction for multiple restaurant and retail projects.
• Conduct regular site visits to enforce safety, quality, and codes.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures to stay within budget.
• Review and execute against complex project blueprints and designs.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead meetings with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
