- Drive full-cycle construction for restaurant and retail projects, overseeing schedules and budgets.
- Conduct regular site visits to enforce safety, quality, codes, and best practices.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures to keep projects within budget.
- Review and execute complex project blueprints and architectural designs.
- Identify risks and delays and implement effective solutions.
