Job summary

Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager with proven ground-up restaurant and retail experience to lead multiple projects from planning through execution.

This role is based in Reston, VA with hybrid work flexibility, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery for commercial spaces. You will drive schedules, budgets, and resource coordination, review blueprints, and collaborate with contractors and clients to deliver high-quality environments.

Qualifications

• Must have proven project management experience in restaurant and retail construction, including ground-up, tenant build-outs, and remodels.
• Hands-on with construction management and scheduling software (Procore, Primavera, Raken preferred).
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and site designs.
• Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and deadline adherence capabilities.
• Proven leadership with contractors, vendors, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle construction for multiple restaurant and retail projects, overseeing schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Conduct regular site visits to enforce safety, quality, and local codes.
