Candidate must have proven restaurant and retail construction experience, be adept at interpreting blueprints, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality commercial spaces on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Ground-up restaurant and retail construction experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and site designs.
• Strong multi-project management with strict deadlines.
• Proficient with scheduling software such as Procore, Primavera and Raken.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle construction for multiple restaurant and retail projects, overseeing schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Lead site visits to ensure safety, quality, and code compliance.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures to keep projects on budget.
• Review and execute complex blueprints and architectural designs.
• Identify risks and delays and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams through regular meetings.
