Network Recruiting is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee ground-up restaurant and retail projects from planning through execution in Reston, VA. The role demands managing multiple concurrent builds, strict adherence to schedules and budgets, and leadership of on-site teams with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Ground-up restaurant and retail construction experience required.
• Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating teams.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret architectural designs.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle construction for multiple concurrent restaurant and retail projects, overseeing schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Conduct regular site visits to enforce safety, quality standards, local building codes, and industry best practices.
• Monitor project expenses and implement cost-control measures to keep projects within budget.
• Review, interpret, and execute against complex project blueprints and architectural designs.
• Identify potential risks or delays and implement effective solutions using industry-standard software.
• Lead meetings with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project workflow.
