The RGM oversees a team including an Assistant Manager and hourly staff, manages scheduling, and ensures compliance with BK standards.

Formación

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and profitability drivers.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Owns and drives the restaurant P&L to improve profitability.
• Reviews P&L lines to optimize financial performance.
• Drives sales through proactive guest service and operations.
• Motivates team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean facility.
• Responds promptly to guest issues and manages the guest experience.
• Addresses guest feedback and implements improvement plans.
• Engages with the local community to attract guests.
• Leads recruitment and onboarding for the restaurant team.
• Coaches and recognizes staff to raise performance.
• Develops team through training and certifications.
• Manages labor and scheduling for optimal staffing.
• Ensures compliance with laws and BK policies.
• Upholds brand standards and operational procedures.
• Fills in as Assistant Manager or Shift Coordinator when needed.
