Burger King in Clio, MI is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, profitability, and guest experience. You will manage a team of 20–45 employees, oversee staffing, training, and compliance, and work with the District Manager to maximize results.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of restaurant management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a solid understanding of P&L drivers. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Formación

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required; two (2) years of college preferred.
• One (1) to two (2) years of previous restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability.
• Ability to prioritize one's own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for the proper functioning of the restaurant.

Responsabilidades

• Profitability: maintains accountable for restaurant P&L and drives profitability.
• Drives sales through proactive guest service, people development and operations management.
• Motivates and directs team to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly service.
• Manages guest experience and responds to guest issues in a timely manner.
• Identifies community opportunities and executes local marketing initiatives.
• Leads recruitment and selection to build an effective restaurant team.
• Onboards new team members and guides certification process.
• Provides coaching to increase team capabilities and performance.
• Manages labor through scheduling and staffing decisions.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Performs duties of Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinator as needed.
