Qualifications

• ServSafe certification or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal service by recruiting, training, developing, and evaluating restaurant staff.
• Ensure staffing levels and training on workstations for management and crew.
• Act as a role model to motivate and recognize employees to high performance.
• Manage external service to ensure guest satisfaction and quality standards.
• Utilize management information to monitor performance and drive profitability.
