Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service.
• High school diploma; some college or degree preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in planning and analyzing manpower.
• Achieve planned profit levels while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash, credit, gift cards and related payments.
• Plan and train staff, including subordinate managers.
• Attend Perkins training and coursework.
• Maintain ServSafe certification.
• Support all restaurant positions as needed.
• Ensure proper food preparation, portions, and presentation.
• Monitor temperatures to prevent food-borne illness.
• Schedule staff to meet productivity and service standards.
• Maintain facility and equipment through preventive maintenance.
• Manage inventory and ordering procedures.
• Identify and correct system issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prepare payroll and financial reports and support cost controls.
• Participate in team meetings and quarterly updates.
