Perkins Restaurant & Bakery in Minnesota is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, achieve sales targets, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will lead restaurant staff, enforce policies, and maintain a positive work environment to deliver consistent service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate with employees, guests and vendors in person and by telephone.
• Must be able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in a supervisory role in food service preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist the General Manager in planning and analyzing administration and operations manpower.
• Achieve plan profit levels while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
• Manage cash handling, payments and related controls.
• Coordinate staffing and training of employees and new hires.
• Attend meetings and participate in university-style training programs.
• Maintain ServSafe certification and ensure food safety standards.
• Oversee all restaurant functions to ensure quality service.
